I offer house portraits in a range of sizes, but i classify my most popular as Small, Medium & Large.
All prices for custom house portraits includes a matte & frame so it comes to you ready-to-hang the same day you receive it. Each piece comes signed on the back with my tag in the front corner, and I’m happy to deliver your painting within 15 minutes of Midland, Mi. If you need your painting shipped to you, shipping & handling costs will be added to your final bill.
I ask for 1 weeks time to complete your painting as the amount I have each week varies. If you need your painting completed sooner than this time frame I charge a $30 rush fee to push your piece to the front of the queue.

Small: $100
A small painting is 5”x7 and comes matted & framed at a final size of 8”x10”
Medium (most common): $200
A medium painting is 8”x10” and comes matted & framed at a final size of 11”x14”
LARGE: $275
A large painting is 11”x14” and comes matted & framed at a final size of 16”x20”

I require a 25% deposit to hold your spot and begin working on your piece. Payments are accepted via cash or card and you will be sent an invoice for your bill which must be paid in full by the due date of your painting.
