My work with weddings is documentary.

Posing and directing every shot takes away from what’s really important, which is YOUR experience of your big day! My favorite part about shooting weddings is being able to stand back and shoot from the sidelines as your love naturally unfolds for the camera.

SIDE NOTE: Shooting documentary style does not mean that I won’t do posed images. Posed photos with family and friends is always a must. I just prefer a candid look when it comes to shooting portraits. The most genuine moments happen when you’re not paying attention!
